Technical and/or Functional Consultant

Our team works with retail technology solutions, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Central from LS Retail. We provide end-to-end services covering business process analysis, solution design, implementation, configuration, testing, training and ongoing support.

We are expanding our team and are seeking an experienced professional from the Philippines who is interested in developing an international career with Enovasions in Suva, Fiji.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / LS Retail Techno-Functional Specialist to join our Suva office.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients and project teams to analyse business requirements and implement effective Business Central and LS Central solutions. This role offers an opportunity to work on retail and business technology projects in Fiji and the Pacific while developing your Microsoft Dynamics consulting career.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyse client business processes and translate requirements into practical Business Central / LS Central solutions.
  • Implement, configure, test and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Central.
  • Work across retail, POS, inventory, purchasing, sales, finance and related business processes.
  • Review business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Prepare functional specifications and work with developers and technical teams on solution delivery.
  • Conduct system testing, UAT, user training, implementation and post-go-live support.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing client support.
  • Support cloud-hosted Business Central / LS Central environments.
  • Work closely with clients and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Business, Accounting or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central / LS Central consulting and implementation.
  • Practical experience with LS Retail / LS Central and retail POS solutions.
  • Experience with cloud-hosted Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / LS Central environments.
  • Experience in implementation, configuration, testing, training and post-go-live support.
  • Strong business process analysis, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a project team.

DESIRABLE

  • Experience in supermarket, retail, wholesale or multi-site retail environments.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or LS Central certifications.
  • Experience with integrations, APIs, reporting or extensions.
  • Experience working with international clients or distributed teams.
